Kitchen Remodeling
Full kitchen renovations, from cabinets and countertops through to the floor underneath.
The kitchen is where a flooring contractor has an advantage, because the floor is the part of a kitchen remodel that most often goes wrong. Cabinets get set on a floor that was never levelled, appliances sit proud of the run, and the dishwasher cannot be pulled out later without damaging the finish. Getting the order of operations right is not a detail, it is the job.
Denver's housing stock splits the work in two. The bungalows and post war homes across the city core have compact closed kitchens with a wall between the kitchen and the dining room that is frequently doing structural work, and opening it is the change that transforms the house. Newer builds out in Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Parker already have the open plan and want better finishes than the builder supplied.
Either way the same rule applies underneath: the substrate gets checked and corrected before a single cabinet is set.
