Walk Through It.

On The Job
Denver metro
Started With
The Floor.
Impact Floors & More has been working across the Denver metro since 2020, run by Larry Murphy.
The name says floors because that is where it started, and flooring is still the part of the work with the least room to hide. A floor is the largest continuous surface in a house, it is the one thing every visitor walks on, and every mistake underneath it shows on the surface eventually.
The rest followed from there. Homeowners who wanted a floor replaced also wanted the kitchen it ran into, the basement it was going down in, and the walls painted once the dust settled. Keeping all of that with one contractor is what stops a project stalling between trades.
Electrical and plumbing are licensed trades in Colorado and are handled by licensed specialists.

How It Runs.
Four steps, and the same person answers the phone at each of them.

Tell Us The Room
The space, the address and what you want done. Photos help more than measurements this early.
- 0202
Walk The Job
We check the subfloor, the moisture and what is actually under the existing covering. On an older Denver house there is often a hardwood floor worth saving under the carpet.
- 0303
Price And Schedule
A written scope with what is included and what is not, the material acclimation time built in rather than skipped, and the order the work runs in.

Do The Work
One contractor from the subfloor through to the paint, with licensed specialists brought in for electrical and plumbing.
What Owners
Say.
“They found original hardwood under the carpet and refinished it instead of selling us a new floor. That conversation told us everything about how they work.”
Homeowner
Denver, CO
“The basement had been storage for eleven years. It is now the room the family actually uses, and it cost a fraction of what an addition was quoted at.”
Homeowner
Aurora, CO
“They let the wood sit in the house for days before laying a board, and explained why. Two winters on there is not a gap anywhere.”
