Lone Tree is newer construction, so the structure is sound and current, and the work is almost entirely about finish quality. When nothing about the layout is changing, the only thing anyone experiences is the material and the standard of the installation, which makes these projects unforgiving in a way that a gut renovation is not.

The most common project is replacing the flooring the builder supplied with something chosen rather than allocated, across the whole main level at once.
